CLASSES

We offer a range of classes at Energy + Motion. Whether you are keen to keep moving, get fit, recover from an injury or surgery, or manage a specific health issue, our classes are specifically tailored to meet your needs.  All classes are suitable at any stage of pregnancy and exercises are adapted for each stage. We also offer a specific postnatal class for Mum and bubs. A pre-class assessment is required prior to attendance so we understand your health history and specific needs.

Our classes are a blend of Pilates, Yoga and functional exercise using small equipment and include stretching, strengthening, balance and breathing components plus a short relaxation at the end of the evening classes.  The classes offer flexibility to be completed in person in the studio or in the convenience of your home via ZOOM.

The classes usually have a maximum of 8 regular attendees however we have needed to be flexible with COVID requirements and have been running smaller classes accordingly. Pre-booking is essential. Health rebates may apply.
