Classes

We offer a range of classes at Energy + Motion. Whether you are keen to keep moving, get fit, recover from an injury or surgery, or manage a specific health issue, our classes are specifically tailored to meet your needs.  All classes are suitable at any stage of pregnancy and exercises are adapted for each stage. We also offer a specific postnatal class for Mum and bubs. 

Our classes are a blend of Pilates, Yoga and functional exercise using small equipment and include stretching, strengthening, balance and breathing components plus a short relaxation at the end of the evening classes.  The classes offer flexibility to be completed in person in the studio or in the convenience of your home via ZOOM.

The classes currently have a maximum of 6 regular attendees. Classes run during the school terms with an amended programme over the summer school holidays.

Classes are $27 per session and are pre-paid each term to secure your space. You can start at any time through the term and pay for the remainder of the term. Classes may be claimable from your health insurance (if applicable) after attendance at each session.

A pre-class assessment is required prior to attendance so we understand your health history and specific needs. Health rebates may apply.
