Fees

Consultations

An initial consultation of 1 hour is recommended for most new assessments as it allows time to understand you and the issues you are experiencing and to thoroughly assess, discuss, treat and teach self management strategies using a holistic approach. Over the years I have worked in practices providing 30 and 40 minute initial assessments and I find allowing more time at the initial assessment leads to faster results, more effective outcomes and is more cost-effective in the long run. The item code for this is T500.

Wendy will discuss treatment options and recommendations with you at your initial appointment. For complex issues or widespread body pains, a 1 hour follow up review appointment is often recommended. Longer appointment times allow for longer treatment and more in depth education, exercise and functional retraining.

A standard consultation of 1/2 hour is recommended for subsequent appointments acute strains and injuries, less complex issues and for exercise progression and reviews. The item code for this is T505.

Classes

You can start at any stage during the term and pay for the remaining sessions of each course. n assessment is required prior to commencing classes. Please note, if any sessions are missed you are welcome to make them up at a subsequent class within term if a space is available. Receipts for your records and private health funds are provided after attendance at each class.

Receipts

Your receipt for your consultation or class will be emailed you to you after attendance once payment has been processed.

Cancellation Policy

We request that you provide 24 hours notice of any cancellation.

If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice and your appointment time cannot be filled, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
